Recommend for a brief sojourn

Comfortable room, great location, with a good-sized room that was perfect for resting after a day of exploring, and conveniently located just a 20-minute walk to the castle and 5 minutes to the main shopping district.

Nothing all good.

The breakfast was REASONABLE, varied with various local food. The location was particularly good and magnificent, for example, Shinshigai Shotengai was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. Plus, it was very close to shops, restaurants and castle and the main bus terminal and the center.

At the restaurant, the breakfast was savoury with ample of varieties. The hotel had a very central location and it was close to Shimotori...

Breakfast selection impressed me. Rooms too tight for luggage, felt cramped for four. Great location near shopping street.

Ideal for family travelers

We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet there. So many options to choose from, we stuffed ourselves every morning! They were super helpful when we needed directions, one staff member even printed out a map for us when our phones were lost.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I appreciated the inviting lobby adorned with tasteful decorations and comfortable seating. The staff were considerate and attentive. The location was practical, with access to nearby attractions, which I loved.

The local food scene around Mystays is mouthwatering! You can stroll to spot-on joints like Hunk&Betty for burgers or Coco Ichibanya for a curry fix. The breakfast at the hotel was a fresh delight and the staff were super friendly-what's not to love? Plus, the river view from my room was fine!

Only bummer was the centralized A/C-it cranked out heat during my winter stay, and I couldn't tweak it. The laundry facilities could use a bit more TLC. My clothes had an odd smell after.

Consider requesting an early breakfast to enjoy local specialties before exploring nearby shopping areas.

pleasant stay with good access

The room was spacious and nicely arranged, providing enough space for our group. The location was perfect. We easily walked to the castle and shopping areas. We especially enjoyed the lovely river view from our room.

Parking nearby can be a bit inconvenient since it's not free.
